She integrates organizational psychology with disciplined business frameworks to improve decision-making, clarify operations, and unlock long-term value. Her approach goes beyond advisory, emphasizing deep immersion, capability building, and execution rigor to ensure measurable outcomes.
She has advised founders, boards, royal family entities, and senior executives across real estate, construction, shared services, logistics, oil and gas, hospitality, and financial services. Her experience includes leading restructuring and turnaround initiatives, fixing underperforming units, redesigning operating models, and building leadership and organizational capabilities in high-pressure environments.

She has held senior leadership roles at director level, overseeing multi-asset operations across real estate, property management, and hospitality. Her responsibilities spanned operations, governance, customer experience, marketing direction, and strategic oversight during periods of growth and structural transformation.
She is the founder of Global Hub Connects in the UAE, established to create a cost-effective business environment where business owners and leadership teams access practical, effective solutions that translate strategy into action. Through Global Hub Connects, she delivers strategic advisory, business re-engineering, and executive coaching designed to drive performance, build leaders, and support sustainable scale.
She is a certified practitioner in PMP, Six Sigma, and PRINCE2, and holds six professional certifications across Master Coaching and NLP, combining technical execution expertise with leadership and talent development capabilities.
