She specializes in aligning people, processes, and performance to deliver measurable growth, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.
She is certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, and licensed in Master Coach Certification, Performance Coaching, Executive Coaching, and is an HRD Corp Certified Trainer
Her expertise includes organizational psychology, business process management, and leadership coaching. Tiq Nasa is passionate about transformation and empowering teams through hands-on workshops and customized training programs. She focuses on building capabilities that drive sustainable performance improvements and foster a culture of continuous growth.
She has worked with complex, multicultural organizations across real estate, logistics, oil & gas, shared services, private markets, family offices, and institutional clients. Tiq has led high-impact restructuring and operational turnaround projects, advising founders, boards, C suite executives, and investors on managing change, scaling operations, and strengthening governance.
